Commission information

Please read my TOS before commissioning.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms specified in my TOS.

Terms of Service

GENERAL
- If you would like to request a commission, please DM me on Twitter or Discord and state very clearly that you are looking for an editing commission, or send an email to [email protected].
- TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Reels will be delivered in under one week in 1080x1920 format.
- Full YouTube Videos will be delivered within 3-4 weeks in a 1920x1080 format.
- Additional updates to the commission can be given upon request.
- Rush orders will incur an additional fee (+50% of original price).
- For TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Reels, the amount of raw footage provided must be less than or equal to 30 minutes.
- For Full YouTube Videos, the amount of raw footage provided must be less than or equal to 3 hours.
- To provide the content that will be used, any medium that provides easy access to the content is valid (Wetransfer, Google Drive, Onedrive, etc).
- If the client doesn't communicate and provide the content needed to work in due time, I have the right to extend the order delivery deadline to accommodate the delays.
- The current accepted formats for content are clips, VODs, and pre-recorded content.
- The client is solely responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights and permissions for the use of the provided content in the commissioned work.
- I reserve the right to reject a commission if I am uncomfortable with the material.PAYMENT
- All prices are in USD.
- I currently accept two payment plans: 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after product delivery.
- I only accept payment through PayPal invoices.
- Unstarted or pending orders are valid for refunds. Any finalized/delivered piece of work will be denied the right to a refund.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I am unable to complete it in the event of an emergency. In this case, the client will receive a full refund.
- In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the client without first attempting to resolve the issue through direct communication, the client forfeits the right to any finalized/delivered work and is liable for an additional fee equal to the original commission amount. This fee aims to cover the time and effort invested in the project. Additionally, the client will be reported to relevant platforms and authorities for potential misuse and fraudulent activity. Chargebacks and payment disputes should be communicated directly to resolve any concerns promptly.EXTRA FEES
- Clients can ask for additional revisions past the included three revisions for TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Reels, and five revisions for Full YouTube Videos. Each extra TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Reels revision will incur a $3 charge, and each extra Full YouTube Video revision will incur a $5 charge.
- Rush fee: +50% of original price.
- Additional fees for me to find moments within raw footage for TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Reels (varies).
- Additional fees for additional raw footage past the included 30 minutes for TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Reels and 3 hours for Full YouTube Videos (varies).
- Additional fees for complex editing (varies).
- Additional fees for a longer final product than the included 2 minutes for TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Reels and 15 minutes for Full YouTube Videos (varies).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The initial deadline for delivery is contingent upon the volume and complexity of the content provided. Any significant changes in the amount of content, editing complexity, or new hard deadlines requested by the client may require changes to the original delivery schedule. In such cases, a discussion will be initiated to determine the feasibility of meeting the revised deadline, and if agreed upon, extra fees via new invoice may be applied depending on the circumstances.USE
- For TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Reels, no credit is required, however, it is always appreciated.
- For Full YouTube Videos, please include “Edited by @acorgiann (https://acorgiann.carrd.co)” or something along those lines in the YouTube video description.
- I reserve the right to use any edited works for my portfolio and/or to post on socials.
- Deliverables provided are categorized as commercial usage, there is no extra fee to publish my work as it is included with the price.
- I retain the copyright to my work, and you are not allowed to claim any deliverables as your own, under any circumstance.
- You cannot re-edit my work.
- The client is expressly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the edited contentCOMMUNICATION
- Preferred methods of communication include Discord, Twitter, or Email.
- I am based in EST and will do my best to respond to any communications within 24 hours (fastest response times on Discord). This ensures efficient and timely communication throughout the project.
